1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No. 2.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No. 2 submits that on intervention of well wisher, the O.P No. has gone back to her matrimonial home and is staying there. It is further submitted that her husband (petitioner) works at Chhatisgarh while she stays with her in-laws and brother-in-

No.68304 of 2024(3) dt.29-01-2025 2/3 laws and they act inappropriately with her in absence of her husband and does not give any money for her expense, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are trivial issues which can be sorted out, but then submits that petitioner will keep crediting an amount of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) in the account of the O.P. No. 2 towards her expenses.

4. The Court expects that petitioner will fulfill his promise as made before this Court.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Siwan Complaint Case No. 1132 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. However, it is made clear that the O.P. No. 2 shall be at liberty to file an application before this Court seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner in
