05-07-2017 Dr. Amrendra Kumar, learned counsel assisted by Sri Ravi Shanker Pankaj, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Lakshmi Kant Sharma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Sanjay Kumar @ S.K., learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2, informs that in the trial, evidence has already been closed.

Since evidence has already been closed, there is no reason to raise apprehension regarding tampering of the evidence. Accordingly, in such circumstances, there is no need to entertain the present petition, which has been filed for cancellation of bail.
