JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 08-08-2018 Though the petitioners have renewed the prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 337, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioners along with others earlier preferred Cr. Misc. No. 41176 of 2015 when this Court vide order dated 08.10.2015, disposed of the bail application of the petitioners along with the co-accused Pappu with liberty to surrender within a period of six weeks to seek regular bail since the accusation of assault is specific against the petitioners. In view of the confined prayer on behalf of the petitioners, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Benipatti, Madhubani.
