2. After some argument, learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file representation before the Director, Primary Education, Bihar.

3. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from today.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
