3. Call for a report from the trial court with regard to the present stage of trial in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 74 of 2020 from the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura.

4. Mr. Madan Kumar, learned APP, will seek instruction from the Superintendent of Police, Madhepura as to whether the victim Niraj Kumar who was shot at by the criminals has survived or not.

5. List this case after four weeks.
