The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.430 of 2010 registered under Sections 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner never subjected his wife to any sorts of torture. The petitioner is ready to keep his wife but it appears that case is of the year 2010. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected in the year 2017 but even thereafter the petitioner did not surrender in the court below and again filed petition for grant of anticipatory bail in the year 2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76520 of 2019(3) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
