The petitioners are in custody since 11.07.2019 in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 156/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 383/384/435/427/ 504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in connection with the present case only because they had earlier been employees of the Company which had suffered on account of repeated interruptions of power supply on account of the cables having been burnt by unidentified persons. It is submitted that all other sections as stated in the FIR are bailable except Section 384 and there appears to be specific allegation in this regard so far as the present petitioners are concerned.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have got a clean antecedent, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabhua) in connection with Durgawati P.S.
