ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as counsel for the informant.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 137/2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that for the same occurrence there is case and counter case between the parties where injuries have been inflicted upon both sides. The main allegation of assault which has been found evident in injury report is by one Dinesh Gond and not the present petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35796 of 2017 (2) dt.18-08-2017 Considering that the dispute arose on account of collecting the garbage and that petitioners have clean antecedent, let, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., XI, Gopalganj, in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 137/2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J.) veena/- U T
