Petitioners seek bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 08 of 1999 registered under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, is that the prosecution witnesses have already been examined at the trial. He further submits that the trial court may be directed to expedite the trial so as to enable conclusion within a specified time frame.

In view of such submission, the prayer for bail is rejected, but with a direction to the learned trial court to proceed in the matter expeditiously without any undue delay or unnecessary
