JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2023 The learned counsel for the Respondent-State seeks to file a counter affidavit, which is taken on record. It is submitted that two encroachers have already been removed and the District Administration is in the process of removing the rest of the encroachers, totalling five in all. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the District Magistrate, Madhubani, to take needful action and ensure removal of the remaining encroachment in question, by taking recourse to the due process of law.
