The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No.106 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 342, 363, 366A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The F.I.R. has been lodged after two weeks of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60715 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Sheohar in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No.106 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
