2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kashnagar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, 140 litres of illicit cough syrup was recovered from a four-wheeler bearing Registration No.BR01HQ9045.

4. Considering the allegation made in the FIR, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

5. The petitioner, if so advised, may seek regular bail before the learned District Court. The learned District Court is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59032 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 directed to pass a necessary order, in accordance with law, on the basis of materials available on record, on the same day, the bail application is filed, without any further delay and without being prejudiced by any observation made by this Court.

6. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
