2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-25(1b)a/26(1)/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, on a secret information, the informant along with police personnel raided the house of the accused persons including the petitioners and four country made pistols, three live cartridges, one Oppo Mobile and cash of Rs. 45,00/- are said to have been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60671 of 2024(2) dt.02-09-2024 2/2 possession of the petitioners, whereas from the house of coaccused Badal Kumar four country made pistols along with three live cartridges were recovered. He has also submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents and are under custody since 07.06.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Medni Chowki P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024 with condition that the petitioners shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
