The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case No. 278 of 2015 registered under Sections 498A, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the entire prosecution story is false and concocted. It is also submitted that it would appear from the impugned order that in fact, informant was married earlier with one Ajay Tanti fifteen to sixteen years ago and from their wedlock, she has three children and thereafter, she admitted that her husband died in the year 2013 and then she entangled with the

After investigation, final form has been submitted against eight accused persons whereas cognizance has been taken against the petitioner. Further submission is that after issuing notice, no one appears on behalf of the informant. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case No. 278 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
