This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier his bail application was rejected by order dated 02.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 40064 of 2021 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge against the petitioner has been framed on 24.08.2022 as would be evident from Annexure-3 to the bail application. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57583 of 2022(2) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 pending/successor court in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 24 of 2021 with a condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, Ram Bahadur Rai. Further, in the event, if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons.
