JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case no. 333 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B), and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and her dead body has been disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are step brothers of the husband of the deceased, whereas petitioner No.3 and 4 are uncle and aunt of the deceased. Further submission is that petitioners are residing separate to the family of the husband of the deceased, but they have also been implicated in this

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Shikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 333 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
