The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Basantpur (Lakadi Naviganj) P.S. Case No. 484 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased and therefore he does not deserve anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
