JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489A, 307, 323, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioners are relations of the husband. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same including allegation of commission of injury on the head against some of the petitioners.

Submission of the petitioners is that re-conciliation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44967 of 2016 (6) dt.09-02-2017 2/2 talk is going on between the husband and the wife and some other family members have been allowed anticipatory bail by the learned court below itself.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that serious allegation is specifically made against some of the petitioners to have caused injury at the head. Considering the entire facts and circumstances specially the chances of future restoration of relationship, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda/Successor Court in connection with Mahila Police Station Case No. 88 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
