The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 337, 338 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they teased daughter of the informant. On protest made, they started assaulting informant, his mother and other persons who came to rescue them. In course of treatment the informant died. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 7.3.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioners. General and omnibus allegation has been made against them. No specific injury has been attributed against them. Altogether twenty persons are named in the F.I.R. Other co-accused have

On behalf of the State and informant, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur , Ara, in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case no. 64 of 2015.
