The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Amour P.S. Case No.78 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/376/511/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation of attempt to ravish the informant as well as the supporting evidence of the witnesses of the occurrence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. However, in the event of surrender of the petitioner, the Court-below shall consider the prayer for regular bail without being prejudiced by the order of this Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51618 of 2018(6) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 and considering the claim of the petitioner that due to some due of the money of the shop of the petitioner false case has been lodged.
