The petitioner seeks bail in Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P.) P.S. Case no. 297/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 435, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 17 of C.L.A. Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was apprehended in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 175/2014. The police forcibly obtained the confessional statement of the petitioner. Save and except the confession, the police did not collect any material. The petitioner is in jail since 26.02.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
