====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT & ORDER Date : 13-10-2017 The petitioner is a privately managed Dental college. This application has been filed seeking direction to the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Gaya (in short 'the University') to release the Admit Cards of Ist year examination of BDS students of Session 2016-17 of the college. There is another prayer for allowing the students of the said Academic Session to appear in

Patna High Court CWJC No.10256 of 2017 dt.13-10-2017 2/2 the said examination, which was scheduled to be held from 24.07.2017.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University from which it appears that under the interim orders passed by this Court, the students of the concerned Academic Session have been allowed to submit their examination fees and forms and they have also been allowed to appear for the said examination. It is, accordingly, the stand of the University that this application has become infructuous.

3. It appears on the basis of materials on record and submissions advanced on behalf of the parties that the controversy, as regards withdrawal of recognition to the college in question, is pending before the Dental Council of India.

4. This application is, accordingly, disposed of. Praveen-II/- (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) AFR/NAFR NAFR CAV DATE N/A Uploading Date 13/10/2017 Transmission Date N/A
