Learned counsel for the Bihar State Warehousing Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the 'Corporation') has assisted the Court.

2. Supplementary counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of the Corporation. From the same it transpires that the stand is that all admitted retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid.

3. Copy of the counter affidavit has already been served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 07.08.2016, but no rejoinder to the same has been filed.

4. In view thereof and the fact that nobody has appeared

Patna High Court CWJC No.17078 of 2016 dt.16-08-2018 2/2 to press the writ petition, the Court can presume that the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.
