2. This contempt application has been filed asserting the non compliance of the order dated 25.01.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.23007 of 2011.

3. Learned AC to GP-2, appearing on behalf of the State, in presence of the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the

Patna High Court MJC No.4524 of 2012 dt.26-03-2015 2/2 order under contempt has been complied with by the concerned opposite party(s) and the petitioner has been selected for the appointment to the post of Panchayat Sewak in the meeting of the member of the Selection Committee held on 01.12.2014 and the petitioner, like all other Dalapatis who are selected for appointment as Panchayat Sewaks, will have to go through the period of training for the post of Panchayat Sewak and after getting success in the concerned examination, the petitioner shall be eligible for being formally appointed on the post of Panchayat Sewak with effect from the date of joining the training programme, which would appear from the supplementary show cause dated 15.01.2015 filed on behalf of the opposite party no.4.

4. Since the order under contempt has already been complied with by the concerned opposite party(s), no further action is required to be taken against the concerned opposite party(s). Accordingly, this contempt application stands disposed of. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U
