The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction of the sister of the informant by this petitioner along with other accused persons and allegation against this petitioner is that he made video of Nima Singh and started blackmailing to her and sent the photographs and video to her would be husband due to which the process of her marriage cancelled and on 31.07.2021 in the evening when she went to offer Puja in the temple, the petitioner along with other accused persons came there and after threatening to kill her brother, forcefully took her away at Patna and solemnized

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68768 of 2021(2) dt.19-07-2022 2/2 marriage with her and made video of the same. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. He further submits that after this case, marriage was solemnized with another person of the victim.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

After considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
