The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 450 of 2016 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It is also submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in the case for the offence under section 306 of the I.P.C. Further submission is that both the parties are relatives. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
