The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Katihar (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 135 of 2017 for the office registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner is alleged to have given a sword blow upon the informant and her family members but the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of dispute and also the fact that save and except the present FIR culminating out of Katihar (M) P.S. Case No. 130 of 2017 for the same occurrence, there being no other criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35703 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Katihar (Muffassil) P.S. Case No. 135 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
