JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No. 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is also present. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1860 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

In view of the settlement between the parties, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
