JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order contained in Memo No. 601 dated 09.12.2009 passed by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur which is under challenge, in this writ application.
Patna High Court CWJC No.5523 of 2011 (13) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
