Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Akbarpur PS Case No. 136 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 145, 143 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the application. From the allegation it appears that on account of death of an electrical mechanic people protested and blocked NH 31. Petitioners were members of the mob which blocked NH 31.

In the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur PS Case No. 136 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
