====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2023 Heard Mr. Gagan Deo Yadav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Awadhesh Kumar Singh, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 509, 506 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to avail appropriate remedy.

4. This Court grants three weeks time to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below, till then no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner.

5. If the petitioner surrenders before the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58513 of 2022(2) dt.29-04-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the same is directed to be considered by the court below on the same day without being prejudiced by its any earlier order.

6. The bail application stands disposed of.
