In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 222 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the complaint which was addressed to the Officer in-charge of Khaira Police Station it appears that the complaint has not been prepared in one transaction rather it has been prepared in different transactions and not by a single person but, more than one person which creates a doubt on the genuineness of the First Information Report.
