2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024 for the offence under sections 96, 352, 351(2), 3(5) and 137(2) of the B.N.S. lodged on 03.10.2024 by the informant, Parvati Devi.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that her minor daughter went to the bank to withdraw money but failed to return. Later came to know that the son of the petitioner no. 1, Ramchandra Yadav went to their place and

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submit that both the boy and the girl being in relationship, eloped, they have no role to play but only because, they are father, mother and young sister, implicated. They are ready to provide their mobile numbers, participate in the investigation and want to fully cooperate with the Police so that the two young children return home.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer submitting that they have not returned.
6. Though there is allegation, it is mainly against Ramchandra Yadav, the son of petitioner no. 1, they are family members having no criminal antecedent, are ready to cooperate in the investigation and are also providing the mobile numbers as follows:
(i) Petitioner no. 1, Dharmendra Yadav - 9771148916; (ii) Petitioner no. 2, Kalpana Kumari - 7482063419; (iii) Petitioner no. 3, Priti Devi - 9771148916.
7. In that background, this Court is inclined to extend them the privilege of anticipatory bail with conditions.
8. Let the petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56815 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 3/3 (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (i) one of the bailor should be the family member/relative of the petitioners who shall provide official document to show his/her bona fide;
(ii) the petitioners shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of their bail bond by the Trial Court itself;
(iii) the petitioners shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;
(iv) the petitioners shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U T
