The stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from possession of co-accused who disclosed the name of petitioner and one Dankal Kumar. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S.case No. 349 of 2015.
