JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is suspected to have committed murder of her husband for the reason that she was carrying an extramarital relation. The only material is confession of the petitioner. Petitioner is mother of two children. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material to compel the petitioner to go to jail, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date
