JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is not only a serious case of dacoity but also a minor girl aged about 13 years was picked up by the dacoits in course of dacoity and thereafter six dacoits including this petitioner committed rape on her. The petitioner was put on Test Identification Parade and he was identified by the victim. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with
