JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 39 of 2016 registered under sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are mother in law and elder brother of the husband of the deceased.

It is submitted that she committed suicide but the allegation is that she was tortured for demand of dowry and she was administered poison by the accused persons.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. However, the petitioners may surrender and seek regular bail before the court below which shall be considered and disposed of on merit without being prejudiced by this order.
