Show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite parties no. 1, 3 and 4 and supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2.

The stand taken by the opposite parties in their show cause is that the order dated 14.09.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.

Patna High Court MJC No.2171 of 2015 dt.22-02-2017 2/2 16699 of 2012, has been complied with and whatever payment was required to be made to the petitioner has been so done. In view of the aforesaid, nothing further remains to be done in the present application.

Accordingly, the same stands disposed off.

It is clarified that whatever grievance the petitioner may still have, he is free to agitate the same in the substantive writ petition, which is still pending.
