JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Heard Mr. Bikramdeo Singh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned counsel for the informant as well as the learned APP for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajpur P.S. Case No.99 of 2019, registered under Sections 354(B), 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter, Rimjhim Kumari was studying in Class VIII in Middle School, Devadhiya. The victim disclosed to her father that the petitioner sexually abused her and also snapped her naked photographs during the course of imparting tuition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. The petitioner is a reputed teacher and the allegations on the face appear to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55035 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 unbelievable but it appears from the nature of allegations made against the petitioner that the petitioner sexually abused her minor pupil.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
