It is a case of misuse of privilege of bail in Belsand P.S.Case No. 67 of 2006 which was registered under Sections 302/34, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 23rd December, 2009. Subsequently, he was apprehended on 14th March, 2014. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.09.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 34547 of 2014 whereby a direction was given to the court below to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. It is contended that despite specific order passed by this Court, the prosecution has failed to examine any witness after

Regard being had to the observation made in the earlier order dated 26.09.2014, the petitioner Shashi Bhushan Singh @ Tunna Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Sessions Trial No. 74 of 2009 arising out of Belsand P.S.Case No.67 of 2006.
