The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made for kidnapping the victim girl. Statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure shows that victim is aged about 19-20 years. In her statement victim has stated that both have entered into marriage.
It appears that while going to Hariyana she never raised any alarm.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19205 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Bipin Kumar, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- IV, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S.
