Case No.68 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 307, 323 and, 379 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46004 of 2016 dt.25-01-2018 2/2 the FIR, as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application.

3. The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.

4. In that view of the matter, I see no merit in the present application.
