JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2023 Heard Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh No. 10, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Dhurjati Kumar Prasad, learned GP-14 for the State.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks rectification of the typographical mistake which has arisen in paragraph nos. 3, 5 and 8 of the judgment dated 21.02.2023. In paragraph no. 3, he informs that in place of S.D.O, Dehri, Rohtas, the same is required to be corrected as District Agriculture Officer, Rohtas. In paragraph no. 5, in place of order dated 28.02.2021, the same is required to be corrected as 20.02.2021 and similarly in paragraph no. 8, in place of SubDivisional officer, the same is required to be corrected as District Agriculture Officer, Rohtas.
3. Considering the inadvertent typographical mistake which has arisen in paragraph nos. 3, 5 and 8, the judgment
Patna High Court CWJC No.15529 of 2022(4) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 dated 21.02.2023 is rectified to the extent that in paragraph no. 3, in place of Sub-Divisional Officer, Dehri, Rohtas, the same is substituted as District Agriculture Officer, Rohtas; in paragraph no. 5, in place of 28.02.2021, the same is substituted as 20.02.2021 and in paragraph no. 8, in place of Sub-Divisional Officer, the same is substituted as District Agriculture Officer, Rohtas.
4. Accordingly, the judgment dated 21.02.2023 is rectified to the aforesaid extent and other parts of the judgment shall remain intact.
