JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but petitioner was arrested in connection with another case in which police recorded confessional statement of petitioner and remanded him in the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not only been remanded in the present case but he was remanded in some other cases also and, moreover, this Court has granted privilege of bail to the petitioner in connection with Ghosi P.S.Case No. 218 of 2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37693 of 2015 (2) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S.Case No. 115 of 2013.
