KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case no. 2214 of 2010 for the offences registered under Sections 380, 386 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons on the point of country made pistol had taken Rs.25,000/- and his mobile phone from the complainant.

Considering the fact that petitioner has been declared an absconder by the court below, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer is rejected. (S. Kumar, J) sudip/- U T
