JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 The petitioner being husband of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. On the joint request of the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of the State Legal Services Authority. The report of the mediator at Flag-A dated 01.02.2016 reflects that the issue could not be reconciled through the process of mediation.
The petitioner is denying the factum of marriage with the informant and seeks permission to withdraw the application.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly the application is permitted to be withdrawn in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 61
