The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016 registered under Section 47 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has also not been mentioned in the Seizure List. Further submission is that he has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his possession.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
