The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 386, 379, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the allegation with the petitioner is extortion of Rs.500/-.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
