2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No. 88 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-319(2), 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and Section 10 of Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is of impersonation. It is alleged that he appeared in C-TET examination 2024 in place of other candidate.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is the person of clean antecedent and

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specially, the petitioner named above, is directed to furnish bail bond after completion of three months in custody and on doing so, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Srishti Mangalik, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Samastipur in connection with Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No. 88 of 2024.
