JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as University. The grievance of the petitioner pertains to non-payment of salary for some period.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submitted that the claim requires verification of the record and as such no positive direction can be issued without adjudication of disputed claim.
In such matters considering the aforesaid, writ petitioner is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the respondent No.4, who shall cause enquiry with regard
Patna High Court CWJC No.16622 of 2014 (2) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 to claim of the petitioner and after verification of the record, if it is found that the arrear of the petitioner was payable in accordance with law and if not already paid then he may take appropriate decision in accordance with law for payment within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt of a production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
